Salary: Part-time Position, 0.5 FTE, 127 days annually at $315.00 per day
($40,000 annual salary)

Qualifications:
Serve as Executive Director of a Coalition of 135 school districts located in the 32 Ohio Appalachian counties.
Teach one undergraduate or graduate class per year in the College of Education at Ohio University.
The Executive Director is subject to policy established by the Board of Directors made up of school superintendents and Ohio University College of Education faculty.

Position: PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, EXTENDED LEARNING

Salary: $500-$2000 based on student attendance

Qualifications:
The EXTENDED LEARNING PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR will oversee the delivery of high-quality extended learning services for multiple schools. The Program Administrator will recruit students and staff, manage program operations, provide leadership, expertise and ongoing support to program teacher/tutors, and work in partnership with schools and families to support student learning.
➢ Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
➢ Preferred 3 years experience as an effective school administrator, program administrator, or after-school site coordinator
➢ Preferred certification in education administration
➢ State teaching certification, preferably dual-certified, ESOL, special education, reading, and/or elementary
➢ Bilingual (preferred); experience working with diverse populations
➢ Evidence of successfully raising student achievement
➢ Proven ability to work effectively with school administration, staff, parents, students, community agencies and businesses
➢ Self-motivated
➢ Excellent written and oral communication skills
➢ Strong organizational skills
➢ Model of integrity and ethics
➢ Strategic thinker and problem solver
➢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Internet access required to submit on-line reports)
➢ Flexible schedule. This position is not intended for candidates with full-time teaching responsibilities.
