Position: ESEA PROGRAM SPECIALIST - THE OFFICE OF FEDERAL PROGRAMS
District: THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
Salary: - This position is located in Columbus, Ohio but requires travel throughout State of Ohio and may require overnight stay. (Must be willing and able to secure a valid driver’s license OR supply your own transportation.)
- Starting compensation for this position is $26.30 hourly/$54,704 annually and is non-negotiable with the opportunity to advance in pay after 6 months.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of a Master’s degree in one of the following areas (i.e., education, business administration, social sciences, public administration) and 3 years of experience in any combination of the following:
• Providing technical assistance/support related to federal grants (i.e., implementing, monitoring, interpreting).
• Education administration.
• Managing business best practices and initiatives to ensure financial compliance (i.e., auditing, financial management, resource allocation).
