  TITLE:  Project Manager, Ohio Entry Year Principals Program
POSITION BEGINS:    July 1, 2008
REPORTING TO:  OASSA/OAESA Directors of Entry Year Principals (EYP)
DEADLINE:  May 23, 2008

TERMS:  1099 Consultant Agreement

    •    At-will employee
    •    Reimbursement for travel as approved by OASSA/OAESA
    •    Salary  - $80,000 per year (pending funding by ODE)
    •    Administrative Assistant will be provided
    •    Office space will be provided in the OAESA building
    •    210 days of work

JOB DESCRIPTION:    THE PROJECT MANAGER WILL:   
    •    Oversee the entire entry year principal (EYP) program
    •    Oversee the organization of all EYP events, calendar dates, agendas, programming and venues
    •    Identify, contact and schedule all EYP program presenters
    •    Develop, organize and review EYP program materials
    •    Collaborate with OASSA/OAESA/ODE to promote Ohio EYP program
    •    Attend all EYP events including all cohort sessions
    •    Coordinate facilitator training and support facilitator efforts
•    Provide feedback of EYP program to OASSA-OAESA directors
    •    Supervise the work of the EYP Administrative Assistant
    •    Establish protocols to collect, analyze, and report EYP program data aligned to High
        Quality Professional Development (HQPD) standards
    •    Provide feedback and work constructively with OASSA/OAESA/ODE
    •    Manage EYP Performance Assessment requirements by tracking and reporting applicable data
    •    Any and all other duties related to the Ohio Entry year Principal program

    •    Semi-annual procedure
    •    By the OASSA/OAESA directors
    •    Provided in verbal and written feedback
