Space for Teams:
We will have the performing arts area available for your use, however, all items left in this area are at your own risk. There will be multiple teams in this area. Please be courteous of the space used. Please no food or drink in this area!
Concessions will open when the doors open.
We allow for rotational seating so that each team can have their fans in front of them. Spectators cannot be standing and cannot hold up recording devices in front of the judges. This ensures that judges see all that each team has to perform!!
Please know that we will face the end line of the basketball court.
There are two warm-up times
The first will be a set of 2 mats
The second will be a set of 9 mats-music will be available at this station
Jerry Humes will be providing the music services for the day. Yes, he can support an iphone/mp3 player. It is actually preferred!
We have designed and created short sleeve for this event. They will be available for sale in various colors during the event for $12.
Come rain, sleet, snow, etc. we will continue the competition.
If Stark, Summit, and Portage counties are a Level 3 emergency we will evaluate the situation and notify you asap.
End of sessions:
At the end of each session, we will be announcing the State Qualifiers and each qualifying team will be receiving a Certificate. You do not need to be in attendance to receive your certificate.
